Terms of Service
1. Who we are
The Sunday Packet is a product of White Barn Digital, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "us"). "The Sunday Packet" is a registered trade name of White Barn Digital, LLC. You can reach us any time at support@thesundaypacket.com.
2. What the service is
The Sunday Packet is a subscription that delivers a weekly printable math packet (PDF) for one child, placed to that child's level and adjusted by a short weekly check-in completed by a parent or guardian. It is a supplemental practice curriculum for home use. It is not a school, a tutoring service, or a substitute for classroom instruction, and we make no promise of any particular academic outcome.
3. Your account
Subscriptions are purchased and held by an adult (18 or older). Sign-in works by a link sent to your email address, so keeping that address current is on you. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
4. Free trial and billing
The subscription is $29 per month, per child, in U.S. dollars, and begins with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged and the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Optional add-on subjects — currently Money & Markets at $12 per month, per child — can be added at checkout and bill as part of the same subscription, sharing its trial and its cancellation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices may change, but never mid-cycle and never without notice to the email on your account before a change takes effect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing support@thesundaypacket.com. Canceling during the trial costs nothing. Canceling after that stops future charges, and your access runs through the end of the period you've already paid for. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise — but if something genuinely went wrong on our side, write to us and we'll make it right.
6. Your license to the packets
When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the packets for use by the children in your own household. That license does not include reselling, redistributing, republishing, or sharing the packets outside your household, or using them commercially (including classroom-wide or tutoring-business use) without our written permission. The packets, the site, and everything in them remain the intellectual property of White Barn Digital, LLC. The free sample week may be shared freely in its unmodified form.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to access other people's data, no reverse-engineering the generation system, no reselling access, and no using the service to violate any law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
8. The check-in and adaptation
The weekly check-in exists to shape the next packet. It is a placement signal, not an assessment of record — it isn't a diagnostic instrument and shouldn't be treated as one.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard on correctness — every answer key is computed and machine-verified before typesetting — but we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Barn Digital, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll notify the email on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
